Leasing rights (non-exclusive rights) will entitle you the ability to use the leased Instrumental for ONE commercial application (Mixtape, CD, DVD or Website). This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. and unlimited Non-Profit (Demo) projects. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must contact me to either buy exclusive rights or lease it again for another 2000 units.
You will receive a single "two track" mix of the leased Instrumental together with a contract giving you non-exclusive rights to the instrumental.
It must state "Produced by Mind Bendin Music of world of funk music" in the credits of your release.
Mind Bendin Music will still own the full rights to the beat.

Exclusive rights will entitle you the ability to use the purchased Instrumental on any commercial application (Album, Mixtape, CD, DVD, Movie, TV, Radio Play, Games or Websites). You will be able to distribute unlimited copies of the purchased Instrumental.
You will receive a single mixdown of the leased Instrumental together with a contract granting you exclusive rights to the instrumental.
It must state "Produced by Mind Bendin Music of world of funk music" in the credits of your release.
