Starting off by just writing lyrics as a hobby at the age of 13 Nate Williams never really thought much of music. As he got older he would write more and more but never recorded or networked with other people. He resided in Oceanside, California where his real love of music came out. At the age of 15 he started writing songs and while playing in a basketball game at school during lunch was given the nickname DAZE because of his ill ball handling skills. He would put those folks in a daze. He then converted that into his rap name where the emcee YOUNGDAZE was born. A year and a half later DAZE moved to Sahuarita, Arizona where his music career then went on hold. He then met another rapper by the name of Miracle. They always talked about studio time but it never happened. During this time YOUNGDAZE and a friend Mark Guzman started writing again for fun and started recording on a pair of headphones on a laptop. DAZE gave Mark the name ANOMALY due to his unknown styles and producing ability, you never knew what he would come up with. A year later Miracle introduced DAZE to another emcee by tha name of J-THRAX aka KON CAPOLA vice president of TEAM KREME RECORDS. He decided to give DAZE a chance to get on the mic and spit to see what he had. After making a couple tracks including the unfinished "THIS IS HOW WE DO THIS" and YOUNGDAZE's first single "GET DOWN ft. JTHRAX" THRAX concluded that DAZE was a reliable emcee to do tracks with.
