I was forced into piano lessons by age 6, not much of a choice though.
Bought my first E-Guitar at 14 and since then punished my parents for forcing me into piano lessons :-) also got the shred infection.....
When the grunge time hit, i got bored of guitar music and switched to electronics,
Discovered goa psytrance in mid nineties and still like it.
Currently I switch between both worlds (see my fav bands) trying to combine it.
In between I was in and out of various bands, some studio jobs, played for the local symphonic orchestra, and been self employed as guitar instructor.
Currently I have a 9-5 Job and enjoy the freedom of not needing to live of my music.
I'm a bit done with the standard Band hing although I love the creative exchange with other people. So I'm open for Bands and projects again, but I expect a professional approach, in terms of practice at home and not during the band rehearsal aso....
In 2006 I began to DJ myself since I found it a different approach to music as well, also the dancing aspect being the key form of communication is again different from the Band thing and I simply love to dance.
I live in east Belgium now close to the Ardennes and the Eifel Mountains. Its beautiful countryside here, great Belgium Beers and Food, nice weed from Holland, which is just a stone throw... The cities of Cologne, Brussles, Amsterdam, Paris, Luxembourg are all within about a three hours drive.
