I started out producing beats when I was in church. I would write music for my songs that I would perform in church, and work on church songs written by other artist. I started out playing the drums in the church and then I taught myself to play the guitar. I would never sing because I felt that that was not my calling. I love to hear others sing and I would sing along with them (from the crowd of course). Oneday when I was washing dishes (in the church) singing to myself (because no one else was in the room. The Pastor (walking by the kitchen) heard me singing and asked me if I would love to sing in the church. He told me that I have a God given talent and I should not let it go to waste. From then on I have been singing and writing songs. But I wanted to expand my horizon and see if I could really produce beats. So I went out and bought my first keyboard (an Equinox) and the cheapest music program (Cakewalk Music Creator 2003) and built my own computer and the first song that I produced (that I rapped on) was called, "The Thrill is Gone" by B.B. King. It was a song that I put to rap for my ex-wife to tell her how sorry I was for running out on her and my children. Well the rest is whet they call history.
