Street Magic Entertainment was created by the members of the Street Magic Clique: J.V. & K.I.D. The two have been friends since 3rd grade and started rapping in the summer 2003 during their transition from middle school to high school. The KID started writing raps in the 7th grade and got better and better as time progressed. She eventually convinced her cousin into trying rap. The first complete song the team wrote was "Before I Let You Go" off of Mr.Cheeks "Crush On You". The two discovered the talent they had for making hot tracks off other people's beats. The two eventually decided to become mixtape rappers. While working on their mixtape hobby The K.I.D. seemed to perfect her freestyling skills and earned the title out of the two at The Freestyle Star. The K.I.D. impressed doubters with impromptu freestyles. Along the way The Clique recruited two rappers Pressure Boi and Lil'Tone who were known as the Christian Rap Group: God Squad or G-Squad. Pressure Boy produced beats for The Clique in turn that J.V. did verses for them. J.V. did his first official recording with G-Squad on his track The Champion. Eventually The K.I.D. would set-up an in home studio and record her first official track "Who U Ridin Wit" over Roy Joneses "Can't Be Touched". The Clique has made many attempts to drop a complete mixtape of their music but their has been many interferences. Now the Clique has graduated high school and has the music on their mind and is ready for whatever.
