My Name's Dan. I'm here to enjoy music and promote mine. I've been a musician all my life. I play the trombone in the ska band: Reel Big Fish. We do quite a bit of touring in that band and over the last 12 years I've come in contact with countless styles, sounds, and groups. A great way to beat the boredom of touring, I've found, is to write music on ones laptop computer. Black Casper is the culmination of all my various efforts. First, to eke out a place of my own, among all the bands I'd toured and recorded with over the years. Also I'd been writing a comic book about a character named Black Casper. Lastly, I'm very active in local environmental and anti war protest, mostly through street theater and "pranks." I am married and have no education past high school.
