King Bishop Entertainment LLC is designed specifically to uplift the individual, community, and society. Free speech is a right and as artists/entertainers explore their oppression we assist them to articulate to a higher chord of self awareness and purpose. Elaine "Eli" Daly is an Aftercare Case Manager and SSI/SSDI Outreach,Access, and Recovery (SOAR) Representative at Henry Street Settlement where she creates reports for City Council to ensure allocation of funding for community resources to increase housing stability and seeks to end homelessness through increased access to benefits. Sister Eli earned a masters degree in Social Work from Fordham University and her bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from State University of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill. As a forensic social worker she wants to create more community resources, strengthen advocacy programs, and truly divert individuals from systems that were never created with women, brown, black, or LGBTQ+ folx in mind. Sister Eli is a mother, community advocate, and volunteer. She is passionate about dismantling the criminal legal system, public housing reform, and enrichment programs for children. She is a graduate of the Womens Leadership & Media Project, run by the Womens Prison Association (WPA), where she currently advocates for systems-involved women through events and media. Most recently, she attended the Sundance Film Festival as a representative of WPA and an immersive multimedia project called, Still Here by Al Jazeera, exploring incarceration and gentrification. Sister Eli is also a founding member of the Friends of the Children NY Parent Policy Advisory Committee which works to empower parents with the knowledge and tools to use their experience within systems to advocate for meaningful change.
