+learned to play the saxophone in the 5th grade
Malachi A. Wilkerson Middle School (Birmingham, Al)
+took band classes and played the trombone in band classes and the marching band, concert band, and Birmingham, Alabama “all city” concert bands. We did Christmas songs at the “All City” band final performance.

-My concert band report card grades were 87 and 90. My strings report card grade was a 95 (I played the upright bass). My symphonic band report card grades were 95, 95 and 98.
