And the award for best album cover for the most disappointing CD goes to Elvenking's The Scythe.

I don't know how I came across this band, but I am very much enjoying their 2005 release. The vocals could be better, but I think it's very enjoyable considering no one's heard of them. I mean, they're not even listed on metalstorm or anything.

So what have I been listening to recently? I don't know. Equilibrium's new CD, Sagas, is very addictive in spite of the cheesy epic overtones. And if you like epic cheese, well then, this is the CD for you. Pretty sweet album cover too, might I add.

New Arch Enemy is SO good. So good. Seriously. The entire CD.

Everything I've said is a lie. I like the Anterior CD, in spite of Napster telling me I'd like Trivium too. The Silent Divide is a beautiful track.
