I was raised on country music, evolved to rock and roll, eventually aquiring a taste for all music except for rap. Well.., okay a scant few rap songs I can deal with but not the violent garbage that even delves into total desregard of women. Art to me is not violent nor does it include needless profanity. Its not art but trash performance.
Im a simple man, with simple ways and not into the club scenes, drugs or any of that other stuff. A man is a man based on who he is, not the size of his (ahem) feet, how many men he can fight, or the trouble he can get away with. A man is honest and does what he can for others.
