Non-exclusive lease ~ You have the rights to use the track(s) commercially for 4000 units on a non-exclusive basis. No royalties are owed to me on a lease.
$25.00 ~ Single lease for 4000 units, tracking out is not included
$50.00 ~ Single lease for 4000 units, tracking out is included
$25.00 ~ Lease an additional 4000 units of the same track, up to 16000 units
$100 ~ Lease 6 seperate tracks for 4000 units each. Tracking out at $15 per beat if needed.
$200 ~ Lease 14 seperate tracks for 4000 units each. Tracking out at $10 per beat if needed.
Semi-exclusive lease ~ You have the rights to use the track(s) commercially for 50000 units on a non-exclusive basis. Royalties charged at a 2.5 point rate. No royalties are owed prior to 1
