Johnny Blaze, 13 November 1977, San Diego, California, USA, . The controversial-laced New West rapper has emerged on the scene. Leaving no doubt every show and or venue he headlines or is the opening act. His first appearance on the hip-hop scene came with a brief spell as part of a show in Las Vegas at the Empire ball room. His first artist branding of his cd titled debut, THE WORLDS PAIN. Sparked a movement. A New West movement but. it was with his 1996 debut that he is announced as one of rap's newest talents, while gaining censure from various quarters for the album's explicit lyrical content. He gained his first crossover success with his new single "I'LL BE YOUR SOLDIER AND BREATHE."Then offered a rare degree of insight, with glints of wisdom like "BRING THE WEST BACK AND TOXIC." Which gives Johnny Blaze a raw look as well.". To further his views he has committed himself to community projects like "AIDS WALK OF AMERICA"(in Los Angeles). Donated procedes of concerts for Make a Wish Foundation.... and Toys for Tots.
In 1996, Blaze collaborated with numerous amount of hip hop stars, and legends. Such as RBX, Mike Nez, Def Edge, H.i.t. Man, 3rdegree, Unparrellel, T-Why, and Saidah all on the new cd "BRING THE WEST BACK." With his growing success he has found himself on such mixtapes with Nu Jersey Devil, Hustlaville, Arizona Hip Hop collabes and mixtapes with several others in circulation.
