I have been involved in music since five years of age. I've toured, I've recorded in Nashville, and I have made some amazing, highly-placed friends in the business, including Grammy winning, multi-platinum earning Producers, Engineers, and Artists. I am a very lucky man!
I started 12 Bar Productions, LLC in 2003 and have grown what was a small recording studio into a company that operates two record labels (12 Bar Records and NX-211 Media, LLC), a music publishing company (Gumboot Music Publishing - ASCAP), a non-profit annual music event (The Metro Music Playoffs), a corporate marketing company, a video production company (QII Productions), and the most popular recording studio in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
Now, I have a staff of almost 18, so I have time again to write songs and actually work with new artists to help them develop their talents and careers. That's what I most love to do.
