My name is Torrian Brown, I am an executive, and future mogul in the music business under Raydar Mangt. We manage a group by the name of Rock City from the Virgin Islands currently residing in the ATL, and many producers and songwriters. My boss Ray Daniels is a A&R for Universal so you can see we are all throughout this music.
