Bio – Singer/songwriter John Moran was born in Athens Alabama. He Moved at an early age to, and was raised, in, Selma Alabama where he entered The U.S. Air Force. He retired in 2004 . John is now pursuing his lifelong dream of songwriting and has numerous songs to his credit, “One-woman Man”, “Autumn Years”, “I’m Not Going to Cry Anymore”, “In-Time”,” Forever”, and “Today’ are just a few of his songs. He considers himself more of a songwriter than a performer. John comes from a long line of musicians and has been playing guitar, singing, and writing most of his life starting at age 12. He has performed as guitar sideman for Jeff Cook of the super group “Alabama” and has had songs considered by many Nashville artists such as Teddy Gentry.
