Wow, where has the time gone? I joined a band and we are in the studio getting SERIOUS about recording. Our lead vocalist has written some FANTASTIC songs and I am working on them now. Well, yesterday (9/5/07) was a busy day for me. I went to my Uncle's house and we recorded him on the drums. The night before, I went to my Brother's house and recorded him on the drums. Needless to say, we now have drums on a couple of the songs. The posted versions are with my Uncle Floyd Pace. Coming soon will be my Brother's versions. He is none other than Paul Golmon. Both are EXCELLENT drummers. Both have a strong High School and Live band background, and both are really cool guys. I will have two version's posted of each for your approval. I will finish working Monday morning and get in my studio Monday evening after I sleep a bit. I should be able to post a couple of more songs. I will most likely post a swamp pop song that I did and maybe a few more. I have HUNDREDS of ORIGINAL songs in various stages of completion. Some are almost there, some are finished, and some are just getting tracked. I try not to overdo the songs with a million blistering notes in the solo department. I really want to keep evreything tasteful, so that is what slows me down...I always have a desire to SHRED! I may post a few shredders just for kicks!
