Aaron Christopher Scott (Born February 9, 1982 and Raised in Newark, New Jersey) better known by his stage name A'one, is a recording artist, songwriter, producer, engineer, graphic designer, and promoter.
In 2002 A'one, with the help of a couple of business partners, started an independent record label by the name of Amill'eon Records. After Forming a hip/hop all male rap group by the name of Money Mafia, A'one Found himself business decisions in addition to working on his own music. Shortly after the release of the second album under the record label, the head producer left the label due to personal reasons, which forced A'one not only to manage Money Mafia and work on his own projects but to pick up the slack of Head Producer. In 2004 Amill'eon Records was at a stand still and A'one was in a desperate need of progression and/or change so he moved to North Carolina. While staying in North Carolina, A'one became a lab rat. He was constantly working on his craft, whether it be writing songs, researching tips on recording, or his newfound love production.
In 2006 reconnected with friend and producer in Virginia to finish where they left off. With a sense of urgency, A'one released his first project that featured him and him only. The mixtape was 28 tracks full of remixes as well as original songs that he produced, written, recorded, and mix down all by himself. After Gaining revenue from side jobs and his talents, he opened his very own studio that was opened to the public. With the high demand of multimedia in the music industry, A'one decided to go back to college for Visual Arts and Print Media Design. With a Brief setback with the law, he had to unfortunately drop out of school and start from ground zero all over again. Taking the basics from what he learned in school, he continued to work not only on his music but on his Graphic Design skills as well.
In 2008 A'one became a part of a production team in Virginia by the Name of Tri'Fecta Proteam. The Three Producers together assembled a remixed and reproduced album that created a nice buzz for each producer. At the Same time A'one finished up his Second Mixtape called Built 2 Destroy vol. 1.
In 2009 A'one moved to North Carolina with his two year old son, who is battling Sickle Cell Desease, to be closer to a specialist. While coping with his sons illness, A'one found the time to continue on working on his craft by enrolling in Full Sail University for Bachelors Degree in Recording Arts/Music Production. In the process of creating not only a street buzz with local shows and street promotion, A'one has formed a network online not only to promote music but to gain clientele for production and graphics. The latest mixtape, Built 2 Destroy vol. 2 is going to be released in February of 2011 and the highly anticipated album will also be released in the same year. As an Artist/Producer/Engineer/Graphic Designer, A'one is sure to gain mass exposure in the Arts/Entertainment Industry.
