Since the age of 13, Rabih has been playing many styles of guitars; however, this was not his fist instrument learned. At the age of 10, Rabih’s Mum had noticed his talent within the music arena and placed him in piano lessons – actually – forced him to play piano! One night, he saw a Flamenco Guitar player on TV…That was it! That was the ultimate turning point in his musical life, which made him realize that his true passion was in guitar playing because he thought it was the coolest thing in the world.
As time went on, Rabih found inspiration from listening to famous guitarists such as Jimi Hendrix, Randy Rhodes, Eddie Van Halen, Black Sabbath, Prince and many more, and finally made the switch to focus on a rock style of playing. He continued to practice hard throughout his teen and young-adult years for hours on end. The guitar became his life and nothing else mattered to him more. Rabih is a self-thought guitarist who has learned the theory of music through many books and watching and learned from other musicians.
As his career progressed within the music showground, Rabih was fortune to have been part of a few bands that enjoyed moderate exposure such as Shyna (91’), Tumstone (94’), and Cedra (96’). Currently; Rabih is recording his solo guitar instrumental album; Busy producing jingles and creating music samples for commercial companies; all while demoing gear on his YouTube Channel and sharing his live-jams – when he can!
