Lord Bygon's music is a concentrate of whimsical jazzy chords, weird melodies and nonsense lyrics in such an original style that you can very hardly define "commercial": simply, he is a "cult" artist.
"ZENITH" - available for sale @ the iTunes Music Store - is Lord Bygon's internationally acclaimed album, which shows all his talent, in the queue of XTC and Steely Dan.
Behind Lord Bygon's rough sound, full of "ten-fingered chords" inserted in original Jazz Rock structure and nice homages to Steely Dan (his main influence), there are years of frantic activity in his town's musical scene as a lead singer and multi-instrumentalist. His amazing skills as a songwriter and his unique voice makes of him an icon of the Italian Indie scene.
Lord B is currently working with the Italian Pop/Soul star Sara Occhipinti, aka SARA 6 - former leader of the band Taglia 42 - for her next album, and collaborating with several Indie Artists such as C M, Frank Cotolo, Jeza and Jon Solo. The duo composed five instrumental songs for the Closing Ceremony of the last Winter Olympic Games in Torino, which were performed by the orchestra conducted by producer Michele Centonze and founded the superband Zodiac. Zodiac are currently working to a project that's 100% top secret... stay tuned!
