what do you get when you combine the musical talent of two brothers in America's melting pot known as Lorain, Ohio? One being one of the youngest and accomplished producers in hip-hop and reggae ton, and the other being one of the top underground hip-hop artist in the game. You take that and mix it with what they both have in common: The support of the streets and the truth. You get an unstoppable team known as "Las Voices De La Called" or "The Voice of the Streets". Las Voices De La Called was created by steel city's own Kennel Melendez (CEO of Kennels Production) and Kevin Melendez (AKA Lila Kiev) in fall of 2007. "We never thought that our first song we created together would create such a solid faction. One early morning we were in the studio and decided to make a track together and than by the end of the day it was put out to the public and everybody really felt it." - Kennel Melendez So from one hot track sparked a flow of originality that flooded the streets soon after. with the combination of styles of commercial and street, Latin Reggae ton and American Hip-Hop, and the support of the people, Las Voices De La Called seems as they are here to stay.
