i have been doin music for 11 years now, it started out as a hobby like playin ball or something but i loved it so much and was so much better at it then everything else, i chose to do music and produce music as a career.
sometimes i get more money than i know what to do with, sometimes im broke just like everyone else. the real benefit of being a producer as a job is im pretty much my own boss. dont have to wake up early etc. the downfall is my financial stability is based on that of my clients.
to be honest though it feels good to be vherbal, and despite some of the bumps in the road i can rest assured knowing that in the end, you get what you deserve.
