Singer and song writer that loves to perform and record.

I am a singer and a songwriter who has been in various music groups, ranging from choirs to rock, blues, jazz and folk duos, over the last 30 years. I started my love for music and entertainment when I was a kid and would memorize the theme song to the Johnny Carson show. I would hum it everyday. I also found amusement in doing impressions of Johnny Carson and Ed McMahon. As a child, there was music always playing in my house. If I wasnt listening to Whitney Houston or Chaka Khan, I was enamored with Huey Lewis and the News, Paul Simon, and drooling over Venessa Williams or Mariah Carey. I was taught a deep appreciation for all types of music and it has helped shaped me into the musician I am today. I believe that lyrics and music are not just ink on a piece of paper or just sequential. Nor do I believe that music is always linear. I love what I do because I dont set limits on myself. Song writing and performing, allows me to share with the world my emotions, thoughts, and my outlook on life. Most importantly, it allows me to share my love for music as well as being able to inspire others.
