I think the home and home concert scheduling could work, and we've already gotten some interest from 3 upstate bands - so it'd be nice to have an opportunity to head to Florence.
The main thing we need to do right now is secure a commitment in principal to use your church's facilities (We're in the process of doing that here). I can send you a sample letter if you need me to.
