Hey TK.
Thanks for dropping by my site and checking out "Lost" and leaving a kind comment. Was nice to hear from you. I really dig "This Song's About My Baby" very cool Tom Waits kinda feel to it, and a job well done on this song too.

Yeah... Props to Soundclick on A) higher quality files [the MySpace stuff sounds a lot like 96 kbps Mp3s] and B) a far better [but still far from perfect] player and a C) FAR, FAR more robust service architecture than the incompetently programmed MySpace.

yes TK! it's kinda a myspace that actually works LOL I get alittle tired sometimes of waiting for the buffering and connecting at that other "space" I really dig the fact that music is easily shared also. I think soundclick made a good move. altho, i've seen some negatives on it. I think they've opened the door a bit more for better dialog among artists. and most of all, getting the music heard.
ahh.. good ole mp3.com, what memories...as for the new one.. i'm not very impressed with it.
I really like your page TK. very creative and to the point..and also, your new stuff too!
hope to see you around.
take care,
k

Hi, Kathy
Yeah... it's kind of like a little MySpace that no one ever heard of... =D
Though, of course, I've been here since before the ol' Mp3.com closed down. Them were the days, huh? You know Mp3.com actually started taking us unaffiliated, micro-indie losers again... but they spit that away, way back, huh? I did slide past their BB though and it was HILARIOUS who was holding forth there. I'm sure you can imagine.
Anyhow, I kind of like SoundClick. They've REALLY been putting some effort into things lately.
The Flash media players still leave more than a little to be desired but they're a HUGE improvement over the first gen of their Flash player and, of course, they spit all over the incredibly crummy MySpace player. (How M/S ever got to be where it did is a flippin' mystery to me, man. I've been on there since early 2004 at least and it's probabl

Hey, babies...
TK, here, nominal mastermind of one blue nine...
Here in the future we compete with OURSELVES for eyeballs. So here I am setting up yet another node of the TK Major / one blue nine / A Year of Songs / bluetrip / lazybeat empire... where I'll most likely be poaching visitors from myself.
But... what the heck... You wanna post something here -- I ain't gwan stop you.
hey! long time no type.. how is sunny cali? here in ny we are getting clobblered with snow. i'm so sick of it. anyway, just peeking in. :)
