Winter Sleeps Update #5: We're not breaking up.

So Winter Sleeps went quiet for another 6 months again. However, the EP is almost ready. Just need to get Mike to record vocals and then we will have a single.
The working tracklist for the EP is:
1: destiny_unknown
2: A Major
3: Long John Silver
4: Debunker
5: Dial
6: Perfection
A full 6 tracks! Hopefully by the time I put out the next update there will be a single out. (Right now, the single is looking like it's gonna be Long John Silver). SONG NAMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE!

Winter Sleeps Update #4: Losing Control

Jesus, this album is never gonna come out, is it?
So basically, the 8-song album is now a 5-song EP + intro track. Instrumental mixes are about 80% done, then moving on to vocals. Not much of an update here besides the tracklist being halved, but in the meantime, here's a preview of a song from the EP.

Winter Sleeps Update #3: destiny_unknown

So basically, in the last six months, a lot has changed.
First off, my side project, Indieplay, broke up. Secondly, Mr. Nipple has ended.
On the bright side, this leaves me able to do the Sleeps record full time!
Due to the breakup of Indieplay, Michael has returned to WS.
Right now, the album is shaping up to be an eight song album, with a long song at the end. The aim is a Q4 2019/Q1 2020 release for the album right now.

Winter Sleeps Update #2

So I've been helplessly addicted to the new Periphery album. It's absolutely fantastic, and if you haven't listened to it yet, you're missing out. Anyways, as far as Winter Sleeps goes, there has been a bit happening behind the scenes.
First off, our vocalist and friend Michael has switched to my other project, Indieplay (more on that later). This means that we are now in the process of looking for a vocalist. We are looking for someone who can write and record, and hopefully play live. If you are interested (and preferably in the southwest Iowa area), please write something over the track Alive on my page and send it to me.

Now, as far as the album goes, it will probably be split into two EPs. I am not sure. As of yet, we are still writing and recording, the same way that we always are.
