Sittin here alone I wonder what became of all the friends that I used to know where ever did they go Long ago we joked and laughed at all the things we did in dreams and though, not gone, they somehow have moved along And with the pages turning through the stages we are learning how to find the truth and in trade we lose the youth that we had long ago when we were free to do most anything we dared to do cause we really didn't know cause we really didn't know As I'm looking back I see the things that I didn't do but should have done and some I did that I really shouldn't have. Now I try again to see the destination meant for me is far ahead there's so much to be said And with the pages turning through the stages we are learning how to find the truth and in trade we lose the youth that we had long ago when we were free to do most anything we dared to do cause we really didn't know cause we really didn't know Paul A. Leaves rollin in the evening breeze it's slowly growing cold the shinin moon lights up the sky there's so many stars to see The beauty of the night light shinin brightly on your face makes me feel so good inside makes me wish that you were mine makes me wish that we could fall in love... Sometimes in the night time I dream about you we're goin out together on a night like this walking hand in hand we steal a kiss in the little park smile and talk as we walk along makes me feel so good inside makes me wish that you were mine makes me wish that we could fall in love... do wishes ever come true and if they do I wish for you I wish for you Paul A.
