Cigarettes and coffee + Boom Box + boredom + acoustic guitar = Margin Walker.
"What the Hell am I Doing With My Life?," a mess of professionally recorded tracks and amateurish home recordings that I have long threatened to release (seriously, since, like, 2005 or something), is currently available as individual MP3 downloads on this page. Just check under the music section; the tracks are all in order. Also included is the Web-only bonus track, a re-recorded version of "Postcards From Rome," originally from "Oh." CD version, with full artwork, will be released soon, along with reissues of the first two Margin Walker albums and a rarities collection. Keep checking www.myspace.com/themarginwalker for updates!
Band/artist history
Did a number of shitty punk rock bands in high school. Tried to start a band in Keene while going to college. Eventually I got sick of dealing with people who weren't serious about making music, so I started to compile lo-fi home recordings that I had been doing ever since I got my first guitar when I was 14. I have self released (sort of) 2 full length CDs and one EP. I'm currently working on a new album, which will be the first album to feature (gasp!) professional quality recording and other musicians besides myself.
