Marc See is the hottest new mastermind producer/artist coming out of the city of peaches and possibilities Atlanta, GA. Born on June 3, 1982 in Warner Robins, GA; Marc See shares the same birthday as the Great Curtis Mayfield who was born on June 3, 1942. Like Curtis Mayfield, Marc See is an inspiration for many of the new underground up and coming artist and producers breaking into the business. Marcus Curry known to the world as Marc See is an accomplished Musician, Composer, Producer, Songwriter, and all around entrepreneur. Since the age of eleven Marc See has always had aspirations of making it big the music business. Early on, Marc started playing musical instruments such as the trumpet, bass guitar and keyboard. By age 16 he was composing music not only at band practice but also as first chair trumpet section leader, and his music was also placed on PlayStation's MTV Music Generator. Throughout his high school years Marc See continued to learn music, perform in talent shows and studying deejay techniques in his (spare) time. Marc took on the moniker of Marc See when he changed the spelling of his name by dropping the letter C for Curry and changing it to See. He did this to represent his vision and long term goal. Marc See wants the world to "See" his abilities and to "See" his creativity. "I want people to see where I came from and see that I am more then an average rapper, my music is real." stated Marc See The name change also had a lot to do with Marc See's alter ego which is his artistic side. Marcus Curry is the educated business man that is a focused, career oriented, architecture professional who is a fan and lover of all forms of music. Marc See is the innovative, street savvy, musician who is determined to tear into the entertainment industry. When he first started out he started doing music for local artist and deejays. He realized he had various talents like; writing, rapping, playing musical instruments, and producing. "Producing records is just as efficient and consistent to me as writing lyrics," said Marc See. "I came up with instrumentals just as fast as artist would write verses." After graduating from high school Marc See moved from Warner Robins, GA to Atlanta, GA. Marc was always inspired by hip hop groups like Outkast and The Roots, so living in Atlanta would give him the opportunity to someday work with some of his favorite artist. Marc See's music production passion only got better once he was introduced to Digidesign's Pro Tools software and Akai's M.P.C drum machine. Perfecting this eclectic sound, Marc See's music started creating a buzz in the music community and he created a demand for his style of beats by other producers, artists, and engineers. Marc was also sought out for his skills in playing live instruments such as; the trumpet, bass guitar and keyboard. An international presence was bound to happen for the type of music he creates. His single Rag Top from his last album A Harsh Reality is gaining airplay from radio stations in London, and his international fan base is growing at a rapid rate.
