Prices & Usage of Material
Type 1: Leased Original Beat - This is a beat that has been used before and can continue to be used by others for CDs, concerts, etc. It is a Madstylez Original meaning there has been no sampling of any kind. You are allowed one commercial use of the beat and production credit should be given to Madstylez for Madstylez Productions. PRICE: $15
Type 2: Leased Sampled Beat - This is a beat that contains some elements that have been sampled from an original work and have been used in either the original way or in an altered way to create the beat. This is a beat that has been used before and can continue to be used by others for CDs, concerts, etc. It is recommended that this type of beat be used on Promotional Use Only material (such as mixtapes) seeing that legal actions could be taken if the sample has not been cleared by the artist using the beat. You are allowed one commercial use of the beat and production credit should be given to Madstylez for Madstylez Productions.
PRICE: $10
Type 3: Exclusive Original Beat - This beat is a Madstylez Original and is exclusive to the buyer. Upon purchase, you can use the beat however you see fit with one stipulation. The stipulation is that you must record a track using the beat within 6 months of the purchase date and submit a copy of the finished track to Madstylez Productions before the tracks (or albums) release. This is to ensure that the artist(s) is/are serious about using the beat. If the beat is not used within the 6 month period, Madstylez Productions will put the beat back up for sale. However, this time the beat will be a Leased Original Beat giving the original buyer the option of still using the beat, but they must also note, that others will now be able to purchase and use the beat as well. This is only to ensure that none of Madstylez beats go unused. Production credit should still be given to Madstylez for Madstylez Productions. If technical difficulties do arise and you are not able to complete a track in 6 months, but still have interest in using the beat exclusively, we can arrange for an extension.

Please note: When a beat is New and put online for the first time, it is available ONLY as an Exclusive (for the first three months). After three months of being online, the buyer has the option of Leasing the beat, or Exclusively purchasing the beat.
When payment has been received, the beat will either be E-Mailed or sent USPS to the buyers appropriate address.
