Band/artist history
It all started at the age of 12, when hip-hop wasn't huge in my community and I was the only kid listening to Snoop Dogg, Dre, Soul Assassins and etc. Then the passion was enhanced by the underground hip-hop (where real emcees are at), started hittin' small lines and then started writting my own lyrics with my other friends ih high school. I grew up listening to jazz, house, bubble-gum and believe it or not orchestra (where most of my musical skills where enhanced).
During High School, I started expanding my mind and started to listen to most musical genres. As a choirboy, I was in a spot whereby I started to understand the needs of an artist (this played a huge role in my musical career) and later aspired to become a producer.
Then I did Sound engineering, then for two years I under went an intensive training in the Hidden Chambers and became a top producer in a short space of time. I worked with crews called TAC (where I made a record for the best track in the radio station) and Mind Hypocalypse (which didn't go very well). Now I work with individuals who are passionate in music and I freelance. My company's name is Howlin Records cc in South Africa
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I used to as a disk jockey (DJ), I'll never tell where? (I have beef with the manager, but not with the owner) and I actually lived for it. I remember having a record with TAC (one of the crews I've worked with) for the best production, and best track and for the most votes in the in Tembisa (V.O.T).
As a Hitmaker, I don't do much of playing Live.
Your musical influences
Ill Bill, Necro, Diabolic, Lil Wayne, 2 Pac and there's too many to mention. Other influences are Heavy Metal, Orchestra, Hip-Hop (especially Underground), R&B, my emotions, my label Howlin Records cc and most things around me.
What equipment do you use?
I love my PC (HP Compaq with enhanced features which I can't mention) and other stuff on the side (not for anyone to know). Softwares are Cubase SX2, SX3, Reason 4, Fuityloops 3, 4, 6 (producer's Edition) and Pre-Master mixes with Wavelab 5
