Loriana Angel Johnson was born on the 16th day of December, 1986 to the proud parents of Tia Johnson and Terry Sharp. Loriana first discovered her passion for music at a young age performing for her family and occasional guests in her California based home. She knew she wanted to pursue singing professionally like her idols Whitney Houston, Anita Baker, Janet Jackson and Beyonce Knowles, and all it would take was her personal style. Writing songs became her outlet which helped to develop to a youthful soulful style designed to reach younger and older audiences alike. Loriana began creating lyrics relating to her personal life and others. “Without music I wouldn’t know how to express myself. Music makes up a large percentage of who I am and how I live my life.”- Loriana Now, at age 21, this songbird has begun to draw a crowd everywhere she lands on the scene. Beauty is only skin deep but her humble personality and professionalism speaks for itself. Loriana feels that a true artist should possess the ability to captivate anyone’s attention with their craft.
