Logik is one of few Florida emcees with real lyrics. In a land where crunk/bounce music thrives, he keeps his music concious and relevant. He started in 1995 when he first heard his idol Nas's first album, Illmatic. since then his style has changed with the times but his superior lyrics still stay the same. Locally, he's released 2 albums, "Civil Warz" in 1998, "Mind Over Muzik" in 2000, and is currently working on "The Pestilence" to be released soon. Like Nas he keeps a low-key, monotoned flow with blazing hot lyrics. But don't get the 2 confused, LOGIK is no biter or copycat. He's done collabo's with local West Palm Beach artists such as Black Def, 20 Quest, Showtime, and S.O.S. of The Cunninglynguists. He's sworn to never succumb to what hip-hop music has become, watered-down braggadociary. Check for him on an upcoming trio album with fellow local greats 20 Quest and Black Def.
