Band/artist history
We started as a duo in -96. Had first gig Feb -97. Put up web site May -97. Since then, we've had more than 7 000 visitors. Toured the U.S. summer of 1998 - a tour we wouldn't have done if it hadn't been for the web site.
In 1999, we made it to the second round of the local talent search for Lilith Fair in Washington D.c. Unfortunately, we couldn't go - we have no sponsors whatsoever yet, and airline tickets are expensive, especially overseas. We still consider it a great honor to be one of 20 acts rated good enough for Lilith :-)
In the spring of 2000, we finally decided it was time to bring in some serious rhythm stuff, so we found Henrik Buskas. Also, Sofia Broomé (violin), Lisen Schultz (cello) and Harald Sickenga (bass, harmonica, electric guitar) who's been with us on and off over the years are now with us permanently.
Now in 2003, Sofia and Henrik has left us, but we have a fantastic new drummer, Jonas Blom.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes! We play live! And we love it. All gigs have been special, especially the ones on our U.S. tour back in 98, for example the improvised street gig we had in Seattle - we had 5 or 6 young Latinos dancing in front of us and a pretty big crowd cheering...
There are many rememberable gigs - for example our 5th anniversary gig in March 2002! December 2002 in Kungsträdgården outside in snow! And our releaseparty at Dancin Dingo in Stockholm December 2003, it was a magic night.
Your musical influences
Indigo Girls, Elvis Costello, Tom Petty, Lisa Loeb, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Joni Mitchell, Beatles, Simon & Garfunkle...
Anything else?
The pics of the band and of Lolita, Fanny and Lisen are taken by Rhys Jones. The picture of Harald is taken by Gustav Schultz.

Hello there!
I've just listened to your songs and it I really like them. Espicially "Float upstream" wich sounds a bit like Lloyd Cole (one of my favourites) and that's really nice!
So I say, like everybode else...:-) keep up the good work!
