we are lila. we play and sing songs. we are an acoustic duo but we're no weak sauce.
we've been doing this since the fall of 2004, and now we're almost done with our first EP.Band/artist history
it all started when the Gene and Sakiko started hanging out around the year of 2004. one day we ended up with a guitar and started making music.
we first performed at the schools spring festival and people have loved us since.Have you performed in front of an audience?every moment lila appears on stage is special.
we feel that way, and i hope the kids do too.
Your musical influences
despite the roots of our original musical influences, we have always been inspired by the work of ace enders.

the blood brothers, the yeah yeah yeahs, the distillers, copeland, the devil wears prada, norma jean, the chariot, doris day, the get up kids, sunny day real estate, texas is the reason, the early november...What equipment do you use?
