I've been attempting beatboxing all the way back to the 6th grade... but my first serious attempts were made back in the summer of 2001 (particularly June). I was with Angel at Philippine National Day 2001, and she knew I was interested in beatboxing, but I didn't know how to quite well. She introduced me to her friend Kevin, who beatboxed. That amazed me to see someone beatbox really well in person, not just on a downloaded sound clip of Rahzel. So from then on, I knew that beatboxing was possible for regular people too. I've been at it like crazy since.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yeah I've done my share of live performances. I basically beatbox whenever and wherever I'm asked to. It's a pleasure for me, and I love seeing the crowd get hyped. Beatboxing naturally puts smiles on people's faces. It's a great feeling being the one responsible for it.
