Songwriter Mmy name is Chris Gomez. Im a songwriter from Houston, TX. However, a good amount of folks know me from the RGV. Recently, I also started OjaLa, a norteno group here in Houston, with my cousin Jesse.
Inspired by the beaches of Costa Rica, Barcelona nights, proverbial and literal mountain tops, eastern and western philosophies, introspection, dreams of equali I write, perform and record all my music alone using Ableton Live in my home studio. I see a music 'renaissance', where musicians create songs and albums start to finish without the need of a rented studio, studio musicians, producers and the music industry.
