We were caught on video a while ago, that's true. Henrik is the one who looks cool on camera, Rubbe is perhaps the most distinguished. I'm tha youngest member, but also the grumpiest.

And.... as always we're dying to give you lot a review... 

First of all, it's great to find so many old and new songs together.  Apart from my obvious old favourites (the ones with videos that is) 
I love 'Thought you were a good girl' (great geeta!)
'I still dream about you' 
'Don´t Matter Now' &
'Bedtime Story' .  

Out of the new songs, 'Postcard Blues' is definitely the highlight for me. One of the finest Landlord songs yet, I reckon. Sounds fresh and original, but sounds like it's always existed too. (You know what I mean?)  Great lyrics as well. This will definitely be the sound of summer 2007 - particularly for those of us who live in Scotland where it pishes with rain half the time.  Rumour has it that you played a blistering version of this one live recently. Possibly even better than the demo version? Love what I am hearing. Simply amazed by these songs. I feel like I know a wonderful secret, and keep telling it but not many hear me.

"One Tears Apart"...damned nearly killed me! This is truly work of the highest order and it is a very long time since a song has had such an effect on me. Really sensitive playing (and NOT playing), lyrics of real poetry and weight. I love this song (and the video..a friend at SG sent me a DVD). You are a truly talented group.

God knows what you had in mind yourselves, but I reckon this sums up the track perfectly to me. I'm kind of proud of it, but I have to admit I was very lucky to stumble across the footage. It's all public domain so there's no copyright problems. Editing the video gave me a good chance to fully appreciate the song - and what a song it is. Awesome!Hope you like the video. Glad you liked them - maybe we should ditch the guitars for cameras. The 3 that are up on youtube at the moment were actually done by me (Long story - don't ask.) I also "borrowed" most of the footage for these videos. Kaiser actually does have a proper high quality digital video camera, though, and I'm sure he'd love to make you a video. He's over in America at the moment, so I'll maybe have a go at making one meantime with some more "borrowed" footage.

Wow. Kaisers videos are great! Not sure I understand how to navigate youtube but I saw this superb motorracing video and Galloway & Perthshire Chill Out. Lovely stuff! The pairing of castles and steelguitar 
makes for a new cultural standpoint! Kaiser should make a video to Landlords "One tears apart"!!

What can I say? I wish I hadn’t hung up my guitar all those years ago. This is the kind of stuff that I’d be trying to play now. Whether it’s as good as your old set is hard to say. It took me months of listening to ‘Blanket’ before I realised that it was the best song on Soundclick. (My 3 youngest children will vouch for that – even the one that can’t speak yet.) 

This is a playful, witty, heartfelt and twisted sonic experiment – and you can quote me on that. On 1st listen I was drawn to ‘4AM’ – tight as a duck’s rear end with great slide guitar, ‘One Tears Apart’ – which wouldn’t sound out of place in a film, albeit a strange one, ‘Bedtime Story’ – which sounds much better and wilder than before and ‘My 30th Song’ – for the TEWB influenced sample (only joking). I’ve already managed to nick all your new tracks and stick them onto a CD to listen to again in my car, so my kids will give you their verdict soon too.
