My name is Lamaar Walker and I am currently a Senior at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY but I am from Jamaica, Queens (NYC). I like to think that I offer a style that is unique, and I feel that I improve lyrically and vocally each day. Born August 10, 1985, Lamaar Walker was born into a musical family. With a mom and father that sing and play piano, grandparents who sing and play instruments, a brother that plays drums and organ, and a host of other family members who've influenced his style, it's no question why Lamaar Walker sings with a passion that is unquestionable. Although a "church boy" at heart and by upringing, Lamaar chose to embrace R&B. Lamaar's soulful voice is sure to stand out while touching the hearts of many at the very same time.
