This emcee from Allentown, Pa known as Konstant has been making noise the past few years. This cat spits about real life topics, street life, relationships, good and bad times, club joints, lyrical joints, tracks for the mind, etc... straight up versitile. Konstant spends his talent wisely by making "good music". He has released his first album "The Foundation" late 2002 and was nominated for "Independent Album of the Year" as well as "Independent Artist of the Year" (philly hiphop awards). His second album "THRU THESE EYES" was just released August of 2003 and has recieved all good reviews, landing him on covers of hiphop magazines and newspapers throughout the tri-state area. He most recently will be in the Philadelphia Daily News again for his second album. He has also finished a new theme song for this new hiphop variety show that will be airing soon on the WB. (stay tuned for that)Konstant has opened up for Jay-Z, Foxy, 112, reakwon, Kid Capri, The Roots, etc...He has done over 5 movie soundtracks including a movie by Melvin Van Peebles due out in 2004 called "GETTING MY WAY". His 3rd album "EAR CANDY" is rapidly catching the attention of major labels and is working on some major colabs with several stars. Pulse Weekly just nominated him BEST HIPHOP ARTIST and also won for BEST LOCAL HIPHOP ARTIST for the 2004 READERS CHOICE AWARD...
