Again Again
Keith Knauss penned this one and initially gave it to another band. But he took it back after they butchered it and did an excellent rendition here.
Fallen Apart Fallen Apart
Mid-tempo tune with some intense choruses. A song about the agruement a couple goes through at the end of an abusive relationship.
Earth Worm Girl Earth Worm Girl
Full band Acoustic song in the vein of Zeppelin's Hey Hey . . .
Seasons Seasons
Title track to the first CD. One of three songs that Bryan played guitar on while Keith played bass. This was a collaborative effort on the whole band's part as at the end of the CD, we were starting to find out how we wrote as a group.
Still Here Still Here
This one barely made the first EP, but it's another good song with Dan Gross playing drums and Tim Patalan from the Fags playing Cello.

Kicking Water was a great alternative rock band in the late Nineties through the new Millenium (1997 - 2001). They put out 2 full length CDs and two EPs in that time. Not bad for an independant act! Plus, they have almost another CD's worth of material they never recorded that is sitting on demo tapes and CDs waiting to be re-discovered.Band/artist history
It's raw and polished, dissonant and beautiful, biting and melodic, and distinctly indistinct. It's called Kicking Water. Four polar opposites that collide, creating a sonic substance as unique as the four individuals themselves.
The group was motivated by a passion for music and a strong aversion to their day jobs. Relying on music for their sanity, Kicking Water spent many waking (and sometimes un-awaking) hours, practicing, performing, and promoting their art. Kicking Water gained exposure through air play on college, independent, and corporate radio stations. The band also attained international exposure through advertising and distribution on the internet. Performing both electric and acoustic, this four-piece was able to play everywhere from major concert venues to intimate coffee houses. All they needed was a place to stand and a person to listen.Have you performed in front of an audience? Not presently. We've moved on to other projects, but don't completely rule out the idea of performing again.

Music is a powerful thing. It can make you experience just about any emotion; it can make you see things differently; it can awaken you if you let it.
