Band/artist history
I am the jack of all trades and master of none! My first passion is music. I have been singing professionally for 20+yrs but can remember singing in front of the mirror long before that! (That's all I have to say about how long I've been around!) I am partners and run a 4 bay automatic transmission shop with my dad. I do EVERYTHING from onboard diagnostics to taxes! Yes, that does include pulling, rebuilding, and replacing them! Unfortunately I haven't found the shortcut to fixing them without a little wo-manual labor! Haha! I do sing while I work and oddly enough, most of my songs come to me while I'm driving around chasing parts! I have a husband (only 1 of those, haha!), 3 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 horse and some fish. I am currently in the process of making my first cd with some of my favorite original songs. In my spare time I'm trying to complete the rebuilding of a 140 horse Corvair engine for my rail dunebuggy! I need to get it finished because I think it will be my quickest way to Nashville! Haha! Hope you enjoy the songs as much as I did when I was writing and singin' them!
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes, almost every weekend in clubs as well as private parties. I love it and have had more special moments then I have room to write about!
Your musical influences
I love country music! You could say that I was "country when country wasn't cool" and I still don't feel the need for anything else! I have alot of favorite artists although not all of them are country!
What equipment do you use?
Cakewalk HS2002, Rode NT2 LDC Mic, Soundblaster Audigy 2 & an Alvarez thin-body accoustic/electric when I have to!
