Midnight Ride Midnight Ride
This is an acoustic-electric high energy tune I wrote a few years ago and recently re-worked some things on including the end solo. One of my better efforts I think.
Road Not Taken Road Not Taken
A little high gain indulgence. Sort of southern rock style with guitar harmonies. Potential lyrics would reflect on choices made in life and what might have been I suppose.
Soldier Soldier
This is one of those songs that just seems to happen without a lot of effort. When you know that it's right and don't have to struggle with it much. Sort of a mellow tune but with a nice edge to it. And yes, some slide guitar.

Music has always been a major part of my life. I started playing guitar at 13 and never looked back. I spent years listening to many different styles of music and absorbing as much as I could. Also I became acquainted with some really great guitarists who influenced me a lot. I've always loved the blues and what I suppose is now called "classic rock" but I'm not closed minded to any style of music as long it's good. I have played in many different bands over the years and I've really enjoyed the ride. Lately I'm focusing a lot on recording though I do still play live. So far everything coming out is instrumental but who knows what may happen next? I do feel like I've got something to say with my music and if somebody somewhere gets something out of it then that definitely makes it worthwhile for me.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes. I love to play live.
Your musical influences
Two biggies would have to be Duane Allman and Eric Clapton. I loved southern rock but also harder stuff like Ritchie Blackmore, Robin Trower, Hendrix. Loved blues, old blues, blues rock, Johnny Winter, SRV. Mellow stuff, Pure Prarie League, Poco, Eagles, The Band, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Leo Kottke. Jazz players, Benson, Coryell, McLaughlin, Metheny. I don't know, I'm a nut. What equipment do you use?
I played all guitar and bass parts on these songs. My gear includes: '93 Fender Strat Plus, '95 Fender Lone Star Strat, '69 Les Paul Goldtop Deluxe, '97 Martin D1 acoustic, Regal resonator guitar, Jay Turser bass, Marshall DSL 401 combo amp, Music Man 65 2-12 combo amp, Line 6 POD XT processor, Digitech RP-10 processorContact

Hey Keith;
'Free Wheelin' & 'Roll On' are great tunes. Thought I'd browse through some of my influencial msuicians; haven't been here for awhile. Always like your slide work and overall your great versitile guitar 'playing field' of FAB sounds and always fine productions and arrangements. Most inspiring, my good friend. Never tiring music. Motivating, refreshing stuff.
Take care. -See you. -Your friend. -Vesa :)
It's funny when you're relaxed and let the ideas flow, without even thinking, it comes across perfect. I listened to the top 6 songs, all good but this is my favourite. It's not easy playing clean guitar, distortion covers a lot of imperfections, but you did a superb job on this, from the playing to the actual ideas to the sound, loved the whole thing, it just flowed like butter.
Hi Keith,
Just calling by to say I hope you had a nice Christmas, and to wish you and yours all the very best for 2008.
Carol.
Keith my friend,
I don't get to spend much time at the computer these days but today I had some time and got to listen to some music. You are absolutely amazing Amigo.
Road Not Taken is one of the coolest pieces of music since...........well, since there has been music.
I enjoy all your stuff but that piece speaks to me like none other.
Keep up the good work man!
Best Regards
