This is a song that I started in 2005 and never really got around to finishing it. Basically I just wanted a song in 5/4 and the theme here made it feel somewhat like blowing up an amp by playing too loud. That's where the name came from.

I recorded this song for my team at work. Our team name is SonicX, we have a picture of Sonic the Hedgehog. I thought it would be cool to have a song based off the original Sonic game, so I recorded this song.

Well, read the top of this page.Have you performed in front of an audience?I played live once with a band of three. We played at our high school christmas party. We did two songs I think. That was like six years ago. We all sucked but it was fun. I would love to play live again. Maybe when my album is finished and I actually have some material I can get some musicians in on it and play some shows here and there.
Your musical influences
My influences are John Petrucci, Kirk Hammett, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Eric Johnson, and some other crazy guitarists.What equipment do you use?
My main guitar is an Ibanez UV777 with customized parts, an Ibanez RG7321 with rewired pickup assembly, custom pickguard and hardware, a Yamaha Pacifica 112 with a custom pickguard, bridge humbucker, wiring, and piezo loaded bridge. I also have a 5 string Ibanez Soundgear bass that I bought busted up and rebuilt it and put in EMG pickups. I use a Dunlop Crybaby 535Q wah, a Digitech Whammy/Wah, and I have a Behringer Hellbabe Wah. My main unit is a Line 6 POD XT. I'm still waiting to get the FBV4 floorboard for it. Also I'm looking for a Boss RV-3 and DD-6.Anything else?
