Band/artist history
Here is a bio a friend wrote up on us: Hiding underneath 4 basement walls was a little studio and several friends. Over the winter of 2003 friends came and friends left leaving the "elite" three. Slowly the band climbed the stairs out of the basement playing there music for the public. Once "Jonestown" reached the landing at the top of the staircase; they came alive hitting up the studio to record there very first album "The Raccoon Massacre". The CD has done great for Jonestown and another is soon to be in the works. The band inspired by Operation Ivy, AFI, Anti-Flag, Greenday, NOFX, Dashboard Confessional and Taking Back Sunday. For three musicians the band makes incredible sound. Their songs combine unique hard hitting drums, with scaling bass riffs; heavy guitar and a little piano Jonestown is Mitchell Rutherford (Guitar, Piano, Vocals), Bryce Rutherford (Bass, Vocals), and Austen Schrader (Drums).
