My music is mostly experimentation, that leads to some semi final track eventually.
I use to play around with sound parameters, like LFO,VCO, Cutoff & ADSR filters, to achieve cool sounds, that I incorporate into the tracks.Band/artist history
Hmm...let's see.
A friend of mine showed me FastTracker II, in 1995.
I got hooked to that for a while, until another friend stumbled upon FruityLoops....must have been in 2000 or 2001. After that, I never looked back.
I've also tried out Jeskola Buzz, which is also a great piece of software.
recommend you'll try that.Have you performed in front of an audience? No
Your musical influences
Jean Michel Jarre, Jonn Serrie, Casiopea, Jones & Stephenson....and many more
I used to prefer "Techno,Trance,House" music in the past, but although I still like it, I'm more open to a broader range of categories now, like "jazz, pop" etc. it all depends on the mood.
I find that I prefer what falls into the "Space Music" category (ambient, new age)What equipment do you use?
FL Studio 9, Adobe Audition 1.5, Jeskola BuzzAnything else?
I had a "Phillips - Philcorda" electric organ, that I got from an uncle. I took a couple of organ lessons, but eventually ended up dismantling the thing.
At one time I Hot-wired it to my computer, using it as a speaker system....I don't think the manufacturer ever envisioned music like "CyberWar" (CD-ROM game in the 90's) & Unreal by Purple Motion (Tracker) coming out of it.Contact
