Band/artist history
I have been playing piano since I was a young child. I took piano lessons for several years until I quit, because I wanted to spend more time on writing new songs. I was 14 then and about 8 years later, I began working on recording music. Now it's 2005, and I'm 25 and I'm stayin' alive with several albums of music written and recorded over the years. I am going to the Univ. of Colorado at Denver's Recording Arts program in the fall of 2005. There I hope to master the skill of recording arts and live happily ever after. hahaha It's a start anyway.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes. I play at art galleries for charity events and club venues occasionally. I have also performed on television.
Your musical influences
My influences range from classical, Bach, Handel, Satie to pop vocalists, Kate Bush, Nina Simone and Bjork to electronic artists like Mike Oldfield, Isao Tomita and Aphex Twin.
What equipment do you use?
I use a Fantom X8 Roland synthesizer. I use Event Tuned Reference monitors. I use Shure micorphones and I have a Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS soundcard.
Anything else?
I hope you enjoy my music and share it with people you care about. :) jps*
