Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or the exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record on the instrumental (you may not resell the beat). Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until the exclusive rights have been purchased. "Shattah Beats" must be credited as producer on all commercial recordings.

If Producer Expectations with Beat does not meet needs it is allowed to get sold to 1 other artist only as an EXCLUSIVE purchase If done, this contract will become null and void, returning ownership back to the seller to resell to only 1 other artist as an EXCLUSIVE purchase but this only happens if the Producer Expectations with Beat does not meet the needs
