NEW MATERIAL - NOT TO BE MISSED!!
John Coulter, aka, J C:
25 year old caucazoid male.
former college student.
CD IS AVAILABLE UNDER THE "STORE" LINK ON THIS PAGE WITH 3 HOURS OF MUSIC ON CD AND MULTIMEDIA CD.
This rapper/producer is still reminiscing on the hip hop that came out circa 1993. J C maintains a forward looking outlook stylistically however by blending in elements of drum and bass and venturing into virtually unexplored sampling realms of classic rock, very early 1920-1930's jazz, cinema, etc.
He Doesn't believe hip hop should be served in small bite sized portions; the sound will challenge you.
His debut album, "Phases", came out in 2001. Much of that album is available for download at www.soundclick.com/jclostdemos.
The current album linked directly from this page is "The Dropout Accounts", a very accurate autobiographical journal of 7.5 years spent in college chasing the almighty dollar and narrowly missing being cut up in the gauntlet known as narcotics. Follow each track for a chronological retelling of the trials and tribulations starting with "The Dropout Journal", produced by Scott Avery. With that track and the exception of "Believer" produced by the UK's own DJ Criminal, the entirety of this album was painstakingly produced by J C himself over the period of three and a half years.Band/artist history
J C has been writing and performing in the game for 12 years and involved in production for five years.Your musical influences

Hey,
Thing is I do that Funky HipHop-Instrumental Stuff and I'm just sending my Stuff around the world, hoping that there are People out there, who would like to put some Vocals over the Beats I made.
Just check it out, many people wrote me back that they were actually surprised by the quality of my stuff.
Listen my sh*** on soundclick:
http://www.soundclick.com/mightymahone
or download my whole Snippetpack (ca. 65 tracks=32 MB) at:
http://www.mediafire.com/?2dlmfmnhtlt
(this is not my site, but a Highspeed-Server for faster download, just copy the link to your adress-bar,

The Beats in there show a little more of the Variety of the stuff I do.
