Music is a great hobby and a way to express yourself. I've always enjoyed playing the guitar and listening to the Blues masters. Eventually, the hobby became the main focus and I soon found myself travelling around the world. Many experiences to enrich the soul doing something interesting and unique makes life memorable...Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes. I really like to play live. These days, I don't play enough and want to gig regular again. I've performed around Asia for a long time. And, have played with some pretty interesting people at just about everywhere. I suppose being in a recording studio during an earthquake qualifies as a special moment. Europe sounds fun. Would like to tour in the USA. Had planned a tour of the South, near New Orleans, but was cancelled due to the Hurricane... Any booking agents out there, at the moment?
Your musical influences
I've liked playing guitar as a hobby and listening to Blues music. BB, Albert King, Clapton, Knofler, Allen Collins of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hendrix, Page, Gary Moore, and everybody else were great influences.What equipment do you use?
The backline is Marshall for the guitar and Ampeg for the Bass. I use a Schecter guitar. They stay in balance better than the stock Fenders and Gibsons on the market, it seems. Anderson pickups. Yamaha Bass at the moment.Anything else?
For, Solo shows, the situation is much different and the focus is on vocals to create the mood, with the guitar mainly as accompaniment. I cover classic Blues and Rock numbers, often using slide guitar to enhance the electric guitar performances.
