I used an alternate tuning on my Ibanez Acoustic for this one.

If there is a hit single on this collection, this is it. This is where it all came together. My first complete song. The drums are a midi file that I found, came up with the basic rhythm track, recorded that, then layered another track, then another.

My original plan was to create music to use as a bed for an epic space battle I was working on when employed as a 3D animator back in the day, and this was the result. Definitely a song I would like to revisit and update.

Basically it's 2 jams in one, never fully fleshed them out. The 2nd half of the song morphed into “Mellow” which I've posted elsewhere.

Your musical influences
Guitar based music, anything from rock to jazz to country. Main influences are Joe Satriani, George Lynch, Iron Maiden and Metallica. Others include (but not limited to) Prince, Johnny Cash and Django Reinhart, so you can see my tastes are varied.
Bands like Living Colour, Pantera, AC/DC, Dokken, Extreme, Pink Floyd, Queens of the Stone Age/ Kyuss, and way too many more to list here, they make my blood boil and want to play as well as they do.What equipment do you use?
